Ragi, of Indian-French, Sri Lankan origin, received an education in Switzerland and England from an early age, and has lived half of his life in Europe and Asia.

In 2004 Ragi met Ramesh Balsekar, disciple then translator of Nisargadatta Maharaj in Bombay, India. This meeting profoundly changed the course of his life and Ragi recognized him as his Guru, spiritual master. In 2008 the spiritual research ended, and now for more than ten years Ragi shares the Advaita-non dual message from the spiritual teachings, and direct experience, bringing his own touch and flavour. He continues occasionally his career as an architect, and his interest in holistic sustainable design.

Now residing in Portugal, he lived in Tiruvannamalai, India for several years, near the holy mountain Arunachala. He enjoys sharing advaita non-dual teachings with people in search of their fundamental nature in the context of individual or collective sessions, both in Europe and Asia. The spiritual guidance is conceptual pointers, investigation and inner discovery or "Self-enquiry", in the tradition of Ramana Maharshi, diverse meditations and practices from other spiritual traditions, including various healing practices from teachers he was fortunate to meet on the journey of inner healing.

What is satsang?

Satsang is a space of love, openness and deep discovery, where through discussion and investigation we have an opportunity to explore our spiritual quest. During the meetings Ragi invites questions and sharing, but always tries pointing people back to the essence of who we really are, an understanding that is already here but often veiled. Advaita/ Non duality is a universal non-religious teaching, a collection of concepts and pointers, self-inquiry and investigation, that takes away the veils revealing the fundamental nature of life. This direct yet simple recognition dissolves mental and emotional suffering, allowing more joy, self-acceptance, and peace on a daily basis. Knowing that we have always been at home, in Our-Self, the flow of life is experienced as a harmonious all-inclusive whole.

Satsangs topics

The satsangs are aimed on individual needs of the participants: guided meditation, spiritual talks, self-inquiry in non-dual reaching, dissolving psycho-emotional suffering and energetic blockad, work on trauma. It is recommended coming to the first satsang on Friday - Ragi then will dedicate the weekend satsangs to the individual needs of participating people.

Satsangs are lead in Enlish and translated into Czech. Ragi is also fluent in French.

Venue

All satsangs and sessions take place at Centrum Lotus, Dlouhá 2, Praha 1 (centrumlotus.cz). After arrival ring the bell "Buddhistické Centrum Lotus", next to the main door in the street.

Timetable

During the weekend you can attend just one particular 2hour satsang or all day program (Saturday / Sunday). No enrolment is required in advance.

Price

Each 2hour satsang: 15 € / 350 czk, paid after arrival at the spot. It is possible to attend just one session or stay all day during the weekend days. Price for one complete day is 45 € / 1.050 czk.

Individual therapy

During the Thursday and Friday you have a special opportunity to meet Ragi on an individual healing session dedicated to the work on the energetic level and dissolving emotional blockades. The individual session takes 60-90 min. The recommended price is 1.500 CZK (60 €). If it is beyond someone's financial means, it is possible to agree on an individual price.

Ragi needs to talk to the attended person before the individual session - it is possible during the satsang. If the person is not present on the satsangs, then she/he must have a telephon talk with Ragi before meeting him.
